My Auto Care provides a complete range of repair and maintenance services for all light-duty makes and models of cars, truck and SUVs, whether imported or domestic.

What are my payment options?

My Auto Care accepts VISA, MasterCard, Debit and Cash. We also offer payment plans for major repairs. We also accept most major fleet payment services such as Voyager, Element, Wheels, and more. Call us for more information.

Do you have a shop?

Nope! As a mobile repair shop, we aim to perform basic service we that can be performed at the convenience of your location. Fully equipped to handle all of your maintenance & repair needs, our state-of-the-art mobile setup offers:

Do you charge a minimum service fee?

Yes, $78 + $16 dispatch fee ($94 total). Due to the mobile nature of our business, we charge an hour of time and a dispatch fee in order to cover fuel costs and supplies. However, this fee does not apply to oil changes. For those, there is only a $5 hazardous waste fee.

How much are oil changes?

A scheduled oil change starts at $39.99 for residential and $49.99 for commercial, depending on the oil type chosen.

Do you charge for inspections?

Yes, we charge the minimum fee ($94) for a 100+ Point Inspection. Check out the details of our inspections here! You can also save money if you schedule an oil change at the same time as an inspection!

Will you work after hours?

YES! We know fleets are in use during the day, so we are happy to come in after hours and run through all your vehicles to limit downtime for your business.

Do you work weekends, and is there an additional charge?

Yes, and yes, there additional charge of $10 per hour for services.

Can you come to my work parking lot?

Absolutely! We work doing normal business hours as well. We are also happy to work on your co-workers vehicles at the same time.

Do I have to be present?

No, we just ask that you leave the keys in a safe, accessible place for our technicians to access your vehicle. If you have a doorcode lock, we’d recommend having a password designated specifically to our technicians.

How far do you travel?

We currently service the Columbus and Southern Ohio Regions, but are quickly expanding to a region near you!

Do you do emergency roadside and is there an additional charge?

Yes, we do emergency roadside assistance. We charge a rate of $100 per hour with a dispatch fee of $30, instead of our regular $78 + $16.

Can you work in all weather?

Yes, but we do ask that you are understanding during severe weather conditions as this can be hard on our technicians to be timely with their schedules.

Are your technicians reliable and good mechanics?

Of course! We require our technicians to be certified mechanics (ASE Certified or equivalent). We also pay our technicians above industry average hourly rates. Lastly, we perform background checks so you can be confident in the technician servicing your vehicle.

Do you tow?

No, we do not, but we commonly connect our clients with a trusted tow truck for your convenience.

Do you change and repair tires?

Absolutely! Thanks to our new mobile tire van, we can now mount and balance tires on your vehicle from anywhere.

What services does My Auto Care NOT perform?

While we pride ourselves on our mobile service capabilities, some services require a specialized area and equipment that is not easily mobilized.
We currently do not perform:
  • Transmission or engine rebuilds or replacement
  • Auto body work
  • Interior or exterior cleaning
  • Wheel alignments
  • Glass repair
  • Towing
  • Exhaust: We can, however, install bolt-in exhaust.
  • Press-In Bearing: We can do this by taking the vehicle to a local shop for an additional 1.5 hours of labor.
For the majority of these services, we recommend taking your vehicle to its respective dealership.
